采用分步共缩聚法,在介孔氧化硅球壳层引入含有溴的有机基团,再与四乙烯五胺反应引入多胺,合成了孔1:7处pH敏感性的介孔氧化硅纳米球.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、透射电镜(TEM)、红外(IR)和元素分析对该材料的结构和组成进行表征.以布洛芬为模型药物,研究了所合成材料对布洛芬的吸附性能和在不同pH条件下的释放行为.
Polyamines functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres were synthesized through a delayed con- densation followed by chemical modification. The structure and composition of the synthesized material were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), N2 physical adsorption, transmission electron mi- croscope (TEM), infrared spectral analysis (IR) and elemental analysis. Furthermore, using ibuprofen (IBU) as a model drug,we investigated the adsorption capacity of the synthesized material and releasing behavior at different pH.
