Professor SHEN Hong acquires good clinical efficacy in treating the ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, who emphasizes the importance of dampness heat, blood heat, blood stasis in the onset and development of ulcerative colitis in clinics, as well as the combination of adjusting the function of Zang-fu and treating qi and blood together. This paper introduces the professor SHEN＇s experience on treating ulcerative colitis for extension.
