由于碳纳米管具有优异的结构和性能,近年来,对其改善复合材料性能的研究已经成为纳米材料领域的前沿和热点。碳纳米管在基体中的分散性对其发挥功能性有重要影响。详细综述了碳纳米管的分散方法(机械搅拌法、超声处理法、电场诱导法和表面修饰法)及研究进展,指出了目前研究中存在的不足,并对今后研究中应着重考虑的质量损失、大批量分散等问题作了分析。
The research on carbon nanotubes improved composite materials has become frontiers and hotspots in recent several years in the fields of nanomaterials for its ultrahigh characteristics and performances. And the dispersity of carbon nanotubes in the matrix exerts a significant influence on its functionality. The dispersion method(mechanical agitation, ultrasonic dispersion, electrical field-induced and chemical functionalization) and the research progress of the carbon nanotubes are summarized in detail, then the existing problems of current research is pointed out, some consi- derations such as weight loss and volume-dispersion in the future research are also analyzed.
