目的观察青娥丸对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度(BMD)、血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平及骨代谢指标的影响。方法骨质疏松妇女96例随机分为青娥丸组48例,对照组48例,另32例BMD正常绝经妇女作为正常组。骨质疏松妇女均给予钙剂治疗,青娥丸组加用青娥丸治疗。各组均于用药0、12、24周,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(EI.ISA)测定血清MMP-2、骨碱性磷酸酶(sBAP)、骨钙素(sOC)、I型胶原交联C端肽(sCTx)和尿I型胶原交联N端肽(uNTx)水平,双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测定腰椎正位、股骨颈、Ward’S三角和大粗隆的BMD。结果治疗后青娥丸组BMD有不同程度的提高,而对照组和正常组BMD均下降;青娥丸组的sBAP、sOC均有明显升高,而MMP-2、sCTx、uNTx/Cr明显下降,对照组和正常组上述指标变化不明显。结论青娥丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症有效。
Objective To study the effects of Qing'e pills on bone mineral density(BMD) ,serum matrix metal loproteinase-2(MMP-2)level and bone metabolic markers in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods According to the result of BMD,96 women with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into Qing~e pills treated group and the control group. Another 32 women with normal BMD were assigned to normal group. Serum MMP-2, bone alkaline phosphates(sBAP), osteocalcin(sOC), bone cross-linked C-telopeptides of type l collagen(sCTx)and urine bone cross-linked N-telopeptides of type [ collagen(uNTx)levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). BMD were measured using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry at 0, 12 and 24 weeks. Results After the treatment the values of BMD were significantly increased in Qing'e pills treated group while decreased in the control and normal significantly reduced and sBAP, sOC concentrations bove parameters did not change in the control and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis groups. Serum were increased normal groups. MMP-2, sCTx, uNTx/Cr concentrations were in Qing'e pills treated gro Conclusion Qing'e pills up. However, the a are effective in thetreatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
