介绍了切削过程中刀具磨损仿真的国内外研究进展,讨论了预测刀具磨损的几种常用方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了总结。有限元仿真技术具有强大的数值分析能力,在刀具磨损的预测中得到了广泛应用,阐述了采用有限元法预测刀具磨损时的关键技术,包括有限元模型的建立、刀具磨损率模型的建立及离散技术等,并探讨了刀具磨损有限元仿真技术的未来发展方向。
In this paper,the State-of-the-Art of tool wear simulation at home and abroad is introduced,several common methods for predicting tool wear are discussed and advantages and disadvantages of various methods are summarized.In recent years,the powerful numerical analysis of finite element simulation technology has been widely used in the prediction of tool wear in cutting process,It is introduced in detail in this paper and the key technology of predicting tool wear by using finite element method is described,including the establishment of finite element model,the establishment of the tool wear rate model. Finally,the future development direction of the tool wear simulation is discussed.
