为探讨人参皂苷及其衍生物体外抗马立克氏病病毒的作用机理,采用体外细胞培养法,在药物安全浓度范围内,测定人参皂苷及其衍生物对马立克氏病病毒(MDV)感染鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)的保护效果。结果显示,修饰前的人参皂苷和修饰后的衍生物7具有较好的抗病毒效果。表明人参皂苷和衍生物7可以减轻病毒对CEF细胞的损伤程度。
The objective of this paper is to study the antiviral mechanism of the ginsenoside and its derivatives against Marek's disease virus(MDV).In the safety concentration of drug,using in vitro cell culture method,the effect of ginsenoside and its derivatives on Marek's virus(MDV) infected chicken embryo fibroblasts(CEF) were determinated.The results showed that ginsenoside and derivative seven had good anti-virus effect.Ginsenoside and derivative seven reduce the damage of virus to the CEF cell.
