研究了磷石膏制备β-半水石膏粉的工艺条件。采用常规分析、XRD和扫描电镜等方法对磷石膏原料、磷建筑石膏粉和石膏产品进行分析和表征。结果表明:磷石膏的最佳脱水温度为170℃、脱水时间为7h、陈化时间为4d,石膏砌块的抗压强度达到10.2 MPa。SEM分析表明,石膏砌块内部结构致密、晶体间的交织搭接较好,是抗压强度升高的主要原因。
Laboratory experiments were performed to research the influence of the processing parameters of makingβ-Hemihydrate gypsum out of phosphogypsum on the compressive strength of gypsum block.The raw material of phosphogypsum and gypsum products were analyzed by the conventional analysis method,XRD analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The experimental results indicate that parameters including heating temperature,heating time and aging time were respectively optimized to be 170 ℃,7h,4d,and gypsum block reaches 10.2 MPa.Microstructure observed under Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)shows the compact structure and well interlaced crystal texture contribute to the high compressive strength of the gypsum block.
