In the condition that the learning capability of the supplier in supply chain as the knowledge buyer is his private information, the man- ufacturer as the knowledge seller identifies the learning capability of the supplier through designing the knowledge trading contract menu combi- ning knowledge trading quantity with discount price of raw materials procurement. Based on the above situation, this paper establishes the knowledge trading model under asymmetric information,and then obtains the optimal contract configuration of knowledge trading by solving the above model. And it analyzes the corresponding properties of the contract menu through combining the baseline scenario under symmetric infor- mation. Finally,it explains the above properties through a numerical example.
