According to the requirement of the standards of harmonic current test and harmonics instrumentation,an integrated testing meter for electrical parameters was designed.As a kind of auxiliary apparatus,it can improve the performance of harmonics instrumentation and decrease the uncertainty of testing results.By analyzing the harmonic current data measured with the help of the proposed meter in practical application,some contradictory clauses of the harmonic standards were found.Two suggestions were proposed for the modification of the harmonic standards.
