Ditylenchus destructor was cultured by Alternaria longipes and Fusarium solani. Twenty D. destructor were inoculated per test tube, cultured at 27 ℃ under darkness for 60 days. The results showed that the A.longipes was a good fungus to cttlture D. de- structor, the number of D. destructor was up to 26800 per test tube.
