为了进一步在实际工程中推广应用橡胶混凝土,进行了六根圆钢管橡胶混凝土柱和三根圆钢管普通混凝土柱的轴压性能试验。分析了混凝土强度、橡胶颗粒掺量对钢管混凝土柱轴压性能的影响,并与普通钢管混凝土柱进行了对比。试验结果表明:随着混凝土强度的增加,钢管橡胶混凝土短柱的承载力不断提高,延性逐渐减小;随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,钢管橡胶混凝土短柱的承载力不断提高,延性逐渐提高。
In order to further promote the use in practice of rubber concrete, axial compression tests were car- ried out for 3 natural concrete filled circular steel tubular columns and 6 rubber concrete filled circular steel tubular columns. The influence of concrete strength, the ratio of rubber aggregate on axial compression behavior of concrete filled circular steel tubular columns compared with the natural ones were analyzed. Based on the results of the tests, with the concrete strength increasing, the specimens have an increasing trend in the load bearing capacity, while a decreasing trend in ductility. With the increasing of the volumetric content of rubber, the specimens show an increasing trend in ductility and a slight decrease in the load bearing capacity.
