At present, Chinese prepared medicinal herbs production standardization, normal- ization, informationization level is still low, which restricted the development of modernization and industrialization of Chinese prepared medicinal herbs production. In order to realize over- all process optimization＂ of the CPMH production and. ensure that the production of CPMH quality, an integrated scheme of PQCTCPMH system is put forward based on deep study in business intelligence key technologies and the application in Chinese prepared medicinal herbs enterprises of the system is studied according to the project practice. Finally, an Chinese herbal medicine business intelligence analysis system is given to demonstrate the application in a Chinese prepared medicinal herbs enterprise. The key technologies of business intelligence would bear great economical signification, if they were extend to Chinese pharmaceutical in- dustry management.
