研究目的:土地整理的主要目标之一是地块归并、扩大耕作面积以获得更高的生产效率,通过探讨土地面积与耕作效率的关系、量化研究土地整理后评价方法,为区域土地整理规划及效益评价提供科学依据。研究方法:采用田间实验法对不同面积梯度的地块进行耕作效率测算,并用数学模型法构建耕作效率与地块面积的函数关系。研究结果:耕作效率随着地块面积的增加而增大,两者近似呈现指数函数关系,并稳定在1.017 s/m2;同时时间利用率也随着地块面积增加而提高,表明地块面积大,耕地所花费的总时间中纯作业时间占的比重大,用于机械掉头等无效时间少,时间利用效率高。研究结论:试验结果表明面积在3600 m2以上的地块,是中小型机械化耕作的适宜地块面积范围。将地块尺度的耕作效率进行修正后,可以对土地整理区域的耕作效率进行核算,以量化整理规模效益。
The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between plot size and scale efficiency of land consolidation,and studying the ex-post quantitative evaluation method for the land consolidation.Method used is the field experimental method.The scale efficiency in several plots with different areas was calculated.The results showed that the scale efficiency was positively related with plot size.The relationship was approximately fitted with the exponential function and the efficiency was stabilized on 1.017s/m2.Furthermore,the time efficiency is also positively related with the plot size,suggesting that the higher proportion of the time spent on effective consolidation,the less unnecessary time of mechanical turning around will be cost.This study concludes that the efficiency with the area greater than 3600m2 was the appropriate plot area range for medium-large machinery cultivation.The scale efficiency of land consolidation can be quantitatively measured in the tillage efficiency proposed in the paper.
