为了解决陡煤层底板采空后无法正常爆破的问题,采用了药壶爆破的方法,该方法因具有凿岩设备简单、延米爆破量大和爆破效率高等优点,通过对霍林河南露天煤矿在开采中应用药壶爆破技术,同时对药壶爆破的扩壶工艺和爆破参数进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,不但能大大减少钻孔量,而且一次爆破量也有所增加。研究结论对类似矿山的生产爆破具有一定的借鉴作用。
To solve the problem of un-blasting when the steep seam is mined out, the authors adopts the springing blasting method,which has the advantage of the simple drilling equipment, large demolition quantity per meter and high demolition efficiency. This method is used in surface mining in Huolinhe Open-pit Mine, and on enlarging springing and blasting parameters are studied. The experimental result indicates that it can not noly reduce the quantity of drilling, but also increase the blasting quantity.The research result has reference meaning for production demolition in similar open-pit mines
