磷高效油菜品种(中油821,Z821)和磷低效品系(W182)在低磷胁迫条件下过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及叶绿素含量、光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等的变化趋势均表现一致,Z821和W182对低磷响应差异主要表现在变化幅度上。Z821植株组织中的脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量显著增加,显示体内氧清除系统活性提高,有利于减少膜脂化程度,降低磷胁迫损伤,但SOD、POD、CAT、可溶性蛋白和光合指标(Pn、Tr和Gs)变化不显著,产量和其它农艺性状也无显著变化;相反,磷低效品系W182在低磷胁迫下测定的各指标均变化显著。此外,磷低效和磷高效油菜品种(系)的类胡萝卜素、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、Tr、Gs等以及它们的耐低磷指数差(DTLP)较大,分别达到27.7%、69.4%、45.0%、27.0%和26.0%。表明DTLP可以作为磷高效基因型油菜的评价指标。
A P ( phosphorus)-efficiency line Z821 ( Brassica napus L. cv Zhongyou 821) and P-inefficiency line W182 were used to study the physiological and photosynthetic response under low phosphorus stress. The results indicated that,most of the physiological and photosynthetic indexes of the two rapeseeds,such as peroxidase ( POD) ,catalase ( CAT) ,superoxide dismutase ( SOD) ,proline,malondialdehyde ( MDA) ,soluble sugar,soluble proteins,chlorophyll,photosynthesis ( Pn) ,transpiration rate ( Tr) and stomata conductance ( Gs) ,gave the same trend,although the ranges of variation were different. For P-efficient line Z821,yield and agronomic traits had no significant difference. While for P-inefficiency line W182,physiological and photosynthetic indexes changed significantly under low-P stress. Results suggested that P-efficient genotype had high tolerance to low-P via increasing content of organic osmoregulation substance and activities of active oxygen scavenger enzyme. The difference of tolerant low-P index ( DTLP) of carotenoid contents,proline contents,SOD,Tr and Gs reached up to 27. 7% ,69. 4% ,45. 0% ,27. 0% and 26. 0% ,respectively,which suggested that DTLP could be one of the commendatory evaluation index of P-efficiency.
