煤炭在中国能源生产和消费中占主导地位,而内蒙古是全国最大的煤炭生产基地,同时其可再生能源的发展也具有相当大的潜力,内蒙古能源经济的发展不仅具有地区意义,而且具有全局意义。本文从能源约束下的新古典经济增长模型出发,阐述了能源消耗对长期经济持续平衡增长的阻碍作用,分析了内蒙古能源开发利用存在的问题,并基于现实论述了模型对内蒙古能源经济发展的启示。

Coal energy production and consumption in China is dominated. Inner Mongolia is the largest coal production base in china, beyond that it has the potential to develop renewable energy. So Inner Mongolia energy economy development not only has the regional value but also has the global meaning. This paper will base on the neoclassical economic growth model which is under the energy constraints, to describe the negative influence for energy consumption to the long-term economic balanced growth. And then, analyze the existing problems of Inner Mongolia energy exploitation and utilization. At last, discusses the enlightenment for the neoclassical economic growth model to Inner Mongolia economic development based on reality.
