针对铝合金MIG焊接过程中焊缝加强高检测的难题,提出一种基于线光源的视觉检测方法.通过CCD视觉系统获取45°条形激光从正上方对焊缝照射所形成的正面投影信息,采用基于线光源视觉提取的方法,获得焊缝加强高曲线对焊缝加强高的检测.对实际测得的焊缝加强高与用视觉提取算法获得的焊缝加强高数据进行对比,二者的误差平均值约为0.02mm,达到工业标准要求,证明基于线光源焊缝加强高视觉检测方法作为铝合金MIG焊焊缝加强高检测是可行的.
Aimed at the detection difficulty of the strengthened height of the weld in the process of MIG welding of aluminum alloys, a visual detection method was proposed on the basis of linear light source. The forty-five-degree striped laser message of front projection of the weld was obtained by using the CCD visual detection system onto the image of vertical view of the weld. Then the contour line of the weld strengthened height was obtained by means of visual extraction on the basis of linear light source, and the strengthened height would be inspected. The weld strengthened heights obtained from both the actual measurement and visual extraction algorithm were compared and it was found that the difference between them was 0. 02 mm on an average, meeting the requirement of industrial standards. Thus the validity of the linear light source-based visual detection method of weld strengthened height as a new method for detection of the strengthened height of aluminum alloy weld with MIG welding was verified.
