利用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)测试了三维碳纤维/环氧树脂编织复合材料在20~300℃下的面外冲击压缩性能,分析了温度对三维编织复合材料冲击压缩性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:温度对三维编织复合材料的冲击压缩性能具有明显的影响,三维编织复合材料的面外压缩刚度、失效应力和能量吸收随着测试温度的增加而下降,失效应变则随着测试温度的增加而增加;三维编织复合材料的失效模式主要为剪切破坏,随着测试温度的增加,破坏越明显.
The out-of-plane impact compression properties of 3D carbon/epoxy resin braided composites were tested by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) at 20-300 ℃.Then the effects of temperature on the impact compression properties of 3D braided composites were analyzed.The results showed that the temperature had significant effect on the impact compression properties of 3D braided composite and its compression stiffness,failure stress and energy absorption decreased with the increase of the test temperature,the failure strain increased with the increase of the test temperature.Shear damage was the mainly compressive failure mode of the 3D braided composites,and the damage increased with the increase of the test temperature.
