人参叶生长过程中硝酸还原酶等5种酶的活力比较

目的:通过对人参生长发育阶段叶片中硝酸还原酶(Nitrae reductase NR),超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dis-mutase SOD),谷丙转氨酶(Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase GPT),葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(Glucose Phosphate Isomerase GPI),延胡索酸酶(Fumarase)5种酶活力的测定,作为对人参长势优劣的评价指标。方法:分别于展叶期、开花期、绿果期、红果期、枯萎期采取人参叶样品。采用中性缓冲液提取总蛋白,应用分光光度法测定NR、SOD、GPT、GPI、Fumarase的活力。结果:在人参叶片生长发育过程中,NR活力只在展叶期表现较高的活力;SOD、GPI分别在展叶期和结果期出现活力峰值;GPT在展叶期、结果期、果熟期均出现活力峰值;Fumarase活力从展叶期开始活力缓慢下降,在枯萎期稍有回升。结论:展叶期和结果期为人参叶片生长较旺盛时期。

英文摘要:

Objective : To compare the activities of Nitraereductase ( NR ) , Superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), Glutamic - pyruvic transaminase (GPT), Glucose Phosphate Isomerase (GPI) and Fumarase in Ginseng leaves during growth and development, as the merits of the evaluation of gensing growing. Methods : Take ginseng leaves samples which are in the spreading stage, the flowering stage, fruit setting stage, the ripening stage, the withering stage. Adopt neutral buffer solution to extract the enzyme solution of Ginseng leaevs. Use spectrophotometry to test the activities of NR, SOD, GPT, GPI and Fumarase. Results : In the growth and devel- opment process of Ginseng leaves, the activities Of NR are high performance only in the spreading stage, there are two peaks of the activities of SOD and GPI in the spreading stage and the fruit setting stage, there are three peaks energy of GPI in the spreading stage fruit setting stage and ripening stage. Fumarase activity energy decreased from the spreading stage at the withering stage of beginning the activity energy recovered slightly. Conclusion:The spreading stage and fruit setting stage are more vigorous growth stages for the growth of Ginseng leaves
