Taking 31 provinces and cities in china from 1998 to 2014 as research samples, the paper studies the temporal - spatial disparity and the dynamic distribution evolution of industrial structure supererogation in china by using Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method, Kernel density estimation and spatial Markov chain. The results show that the overall disparity, Intra - regional disparity and inter - regional disparity of industrial structure supererogation in chi- na present a decreasing trend. The dominant factor of spatial disparity has phased feature. The level of industrial structure supererogation had been increasing during the research period, but the distribution has obvious unbalancing feature. The transition probability of Space Markov has signif- icant correlations with the lag type of neighborhood space. The industrial structure supererogation has strong ＂club convergence＂ feature, and its spillover effect is greater than short - board effect. The spatial transition in different regions has differentiated evolution trend.
