通过对5根配置600 MPa级钢筋的有黏结部分预应力混凝土梁进行试验,研究非预应力纵向受拉钢筋配筋率、非预应力纵向受拉钢筋强度等级对预应力混凝土梁受弯承载力、短期最大裂缝宽度和跨中挠度等的影响。研究结果表明:承载力和短期内最大裂缝宽度计算式仍可用JTG D62—2004《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》来计算;600 MPa级钢筋在预应力混凝土中抗拉强度取500 MPa具有足够的安全储备。运用数值模拟分析,提高非预应力纵向受拉钢筋强度等级,可以提高试验梁变形能力。
Five beam specimens of partially-bonded prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa reinforced bars were tested. The effect of strength grade and reinforcement ratio of non-prestressed longitudinal bar on the performance of prestressed concrete beam was studied,such as flexural capacity,short-term maximum crack width and mid-span deflection. Furthermore,the formulas of JTG D62—2004 were used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity and mid-span deflection after cracking under short-term load. The results showed that the safe design value for the tensile strength of HRB600 reinforced bars was 500 MPa. By using the finite element analysis,the deformation capacity would be improved with the increase of non-prestressed longitudinal bar strength grade.
