采用静态吸附法研究了高分子膜载体尼龙6固定化木瓜蛋白酶的吸附特性,从热力学和动力学角度探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,等温吸附过程符合Freundlich模型,283K、pH6.0时,尼龙6对木瓜蛋白酶的饱和吸附量为1.692mg/g。动力学吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,在283K、293K和303K时,平衡吸附量的计算值(qe,cal)分别为1.778mg/g、1.780mg/g和1.800mg/g,与实验值接近。
The adsorption properties of papain on macromolecule membrane-nylon 6 were investigated using static adsorption method. The adsorption mechanism was studied using thermal and kinetic analysis. The results show that the isotherm of adsorption of papain on the membrane is well coincident with that of Freundish isotherm model, and in condition of pH 6.0, the equilibrium adsorbing capacity (qe) is 1.692 mg/g at 283K. The adsorption process is found to follow the second-order kinetics equation, qe,cal is 1.778 mg/g, 1.780 mg/g and 1. 800 mg/g at 283 K, 293 K and 303 K, respectively, which is close to the experimental value.
