为研究钢管混凝土边框剪力墙结构中钢-混凝土竖向接合面的抗剪性能,对5个钢管混凝土边框与墙板竖向接合面试件进行了抗剪性能试验。每个试件墙体厚度为120 mm,竖向接合面高度为565 mm,墙体混凝土强度等级为 C30;钢管选用120 mm ×120 mm ×4 mm 的 Q345级方钢管,钢管内混凝土强度等级为 C50。各试件主要变化参数:竖向接合面连接方式不同,即按栓钉和销键的不同组合方式分为单独栓钉、栓钉销键组合、单独销键五组,每组一个试件,销键为直径20 mm 的螺纹钢筋,长100 mm,竖向间距225 mm;栓钉为直径13 mm,长80 mm,在竖向接合面上的水平间距均为60 mm,竖向间距为200 mm或250 mm。试验表明:栓钉和销键的组合方式的极限抗剪承载力优于单独栓钉或单独销键的抗剪承载力,并且单独销键试件中每个销键的抗剪影响范围在200~300 mm 之间。在一定范围内随着截面配钢率的增加,钢管混凝土和混凝土竖向接合面的抗剪承载力会增强。
In order to study the shear performance of the vertical joints combined with steel and concrete in the frame shear wall structure of concrete filled steel tubes,the shear properties were tested and compared for 5 specimens of the vertical joints combined with concrete filled steel tube frame and the wall panel.The thick-ness of the wall is 1 20 mm and the length of all the joints is 565 mm.The strength grade of concrete in the wall is C30 while concrete within the steel tube is C50.Q345 grade steel pipe is selected as steel tube with the size of 1 20 mm ×1 20 mm ×4 mm.Here are the mainly changed parameters of different specimens.For differ-ent vertical joints connecting mode,different combinations of the stud and the pin key are used and that are di-vided into 5 groups,including the separated stud,the combination of stud and pin key as well as the single pin key.Each group has a specimen.Reinforced bar with the diameter of 20 mm is adopted as the pin key, having 100 mm in length and 225 mm for spacing.As for stud,the diameter is 13 mm and the length is 80 mm,a-mong which the horizontal spacing is 80 mm and the vertical spacing is 200 mm or 250 mm on the vertical joint surface.The test result shows that the limit shear bearing capacity of the combination with stud and pin key is superior to the single use of stud or pin key separately.The shear bearing effect of a single pin key ranges from 200 mm to 300 mm.And with the section steel ratio increasing in a certain range,the shear bearing capacity of the vertical joints combined with concrete filled steel tube frame and the wall panel will be enhanced.
