采用正交试验分析再生粗骨料掺量、骨料强化方式、橡胶颗粒掺量和钢纤维掺量四个配合比因素对再生混凝土劈裂强度和抗折强度的影响规律。通过正交分析得:橡胶颗粒影响最大,钢纤维掺量影响次之,再生骨料掺量和骨料的强化方式影响不大,同时能满足再生混凝土劈裂强度和抗折强度要求的最佳正交组合为A2B2C2D2,即再生粗骨料掺量为20%、骨料机械强化、钢纤维掺量为0.6%、橡胶掺量为20%。
The influences of four factors including the contents of recycled coarse aggregate, rubber particles, steel fiber and enhance- ment pattern of aggregate on the splitting tensile and flexural strength of recycled concrete were investigated by utilizing the orthogonal ex- periment method.The results showed that contents of rubber particles mostly affect mechanical properties of recycled concrete, then the contents of steel fiber, contents and enhancement pattern of recycled coarse aggregate had no significant effect on mechanical properties of recycled concrete.And the optimum orthogonal combination design satisfying the requirements of compressive strength and compressive e- lastic modulus of recycled concrete simultaneously was A2B2C2D2.Adopting the mix with 20% regeneration aggregate, aggregate of me- chanical hardening, 0.6% steel fiber, and 20% rubber particles as the mix design, the recycled concrete obtained satisfactory the require- ments of the splitting tensile and flexural strength.
