WWW是Internet上进行信息交换的系统。面对WWW日益严重的信息污染问题．信息监控势在必行。本文给出了WWW的信息监控模型，分析了信息监控的各种技术，讨论了当前信息监控面临的问题。

英文摘要：

The World Wide Web （WWW） is a system for exchanging information in the Internet. Facing the problems of growing information pollution, we must have actions on information control. In this paper, we first give an information control model of WWW, and then analyze many kinds of technologies about information control, At last, we discuss some problems to be solved.
