采用改进溶胶-凝胶法制备WO_3薄膜,研究不同热处理温度对WO_3薄膜的物相组成、表面形貌、电化学和光学性能的影响。用原子力显微镜(AFM)考察薄膜的表面形貌,用X线衍射(XRD)表征薄膜的物相组成,循环伏安法测试薄膜的电化学性能以及紫外-可见光分光光度计对薄膜的光学性能进行表征。结果表明:在热处理温度为200℃下得到的无定形WO_3薄膜具有较好的电致变色性能、较短的响应时间及较好的循环稳定性,电致变色循环可逆性为78.04%,薄膜着色、褪色态对比度在34%左右。
The tungsten oxide (WO3 ) film was prepared by an improved sol-gel method and was annealed at different temperatures.Effects of annealing temperature on the phase composition, surface morphology, electrochemical, and optical properties were studied. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to investigate the phase composition of the prepared WO3 film and the crystal form was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectrum. In addition, the electrochemical property was characterized by cyclic voltammograms (CV) and the transmittance spectrum was investigated by ultraviolet-visible (UV- vis) spectrophotometer. It was found that the WO3 film had better electrochromic property with the annealing temperature at 200 ℃, the cycling reversibility was 78.04% and the transmittance modulation reached 34%.
