以企业基层员工为研究对象,通过开放式问卷调查与深度访谈,同时运用探索性以及验证性因素分析技术对基层员工的执行力构成因素进行了分析。结果表明,我国企业基层员工的执行力由理解能力、计划能力、责任心、沟通能力与自我控制能力五个因素所构成。
Through the open questionnaire and depth interviews in junior staffs of enterprises in the study, both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis techniques are applied to analyze the structure of junior staffs' executive ability. The results shows that five dimensions of junior staffs ' executive ability are the ability to understand, ability to plan, sense of responsibility, ability to communicate and self-control ability.
