为从众多核桃品质的评价指标中找到主导的影响因子,达到用最少的指标获取最多核桃品质信息的目的,试验以赫章8个单株核桃为试材,通过对表征核桃物理化学特性的12项指标进行测定,利用因子分析,对众多指标进行降维处理,找出少数几个影响核桃品质的主导因子。结果表明:12项原始指标归属为3个相互独立的公因子,累计方差贡献率达到85.960%,其中,出仁率和壳厚度是重要的核桃品质的物理指标,蛋白质含量是重要的化学品质评价指标。核桃的理化品质与亲缘关系之间有一定的联系,利用因子分析结果进行聚类分析发现,1、5、6号核桃理化品质相似,可能具有较近的亲缘关系。4、7、8号单株单独成为3类,说明可能与其它单株的亲缘关系较远。研究结果可在一定程度为核桃资源的品质鉴定、优株鉴选、分类及亲缘关系的确定等提供理论依据。
In order to find out the factors influencing the leading from the evaluation of many walnut quality,achieve maximum walnut quality information with a minimum of target,the experiment with 8 walnuts from Hezhang as materials,determined by 12 indicators of physical and chemical characterization of walnut,using factor analysis,to reduce the dimension of the many indicators,find out a few dominant factors influencing the quality of walnut.The results showed that 12 primitive indexes belonged to 3common factors independent of each other,the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 85.960%,of which,rate of kernel and shell thickness was the walnut quality physical index,protein content was an important indicator of chemical quality evaluation.There was some relationship between the physical and chemical quality and genetic relationship of walnut,using factor analysis results of the cluster analysis showed 1,5and 6walnut physic-chemical quality similar,may had a close genetic relationship,4,7and 8belonged to3 categories,that may be related to other plant far.The results of the study could provide the theoretical for walnut resource quality identification,and strain identification,classification and determining the genetic relationship in a certain degree.
