本文在解构女性领导力和界定第二代性别偏见的基础上考察第二代性别偏见对女性领导力发展的影响,从而构建了女性领导力开发理论,提出了相应的女性领导力开发策略。
Although the development Of the social are more in line with the characteristics of the female, females who could sit on the top positions were still very rare. Based on the deconstruction of women's leadership development and the definition of second-generation gender bias, this paper investigated the effect of second-generation gender bias on women's leadership development, then build up women's leadership development theory, and put forward the corresponding development strategies of women's leadership development.
