碳同位素技术对碳元素在生态系统中的迁移动态具有示踪作用,有助于研究生态系统中碳元素的源与去问题,在生态系统碳循环研究中发挥着极其重要的作用。重点阐述了碳同位素技术在湿地甲烷的产生、传输过程中的应用,并对将来该方面的研究方向作出展望。
Carbon Isotope technique can be used to trace the migration of carbon element in an ecosystem. It is also used to address the issues related to source and sink of carbon in an ecosystem. The technique is therefore very important for studies of carbon cycle in ecosystems. Description was focused on the application of carbon isotope technique during the process of methane formation and transfer in wetland. A future prospect of researches in this field was presented.
