研究过盈配合结合面特性,通过有限元法计算过盈配合结合面在不同过盈量下的接触刚度和接触阻尼。在ANSYS中建立了过盈配合组件的有限元模型,对模型施加一定的边界条件,仿真后提取结合面上单元和节点的接触压力、位移等参数,计算接触刚度和接触阻尼。运用结构响应耦合方法,代人仿真计算得到的接触刚度和接触阻尼,建立过盈配合的理论模型,计算过盈配合一端的频率响应函数,与实测频响函数对比,验证了接触刚度和接触阻尼的正确性。
Research on characteristics of interference-fit interface was carried on. FE method was used to acquire contact stiffness and contact damping of interference-fit interface with different radial interference values. The FE model of interference-fit assembly was built up in ANSYS. The loads and boundary conditions were applied to the model. After simulation, parameters of the elements and nodes on the interface, such as contact pressure, displacement, etc. were extracted to calculate the contact stiffness and contact damping. Theoretical model of the shrink-fit assembly was derived by using receptance coupling method, while the contact stiffness and contact damping are added in. Then the FRF (frequency response function) on one end of the shrink-fit assembly was calculated. The calculated FRF was compared with the experimental one to verify the contact stiffness and contact damping.
