在中小生产企业离散型人工作业系统中,生产线的产能取决于工人的数量及其技能水平.在对计划期内多品种市场需求预测的基础上,以计划期初正式工人数的确定作为生产线的基本产能决策,以各个生产周期期初临时工人数、正式工或临时工加班工时以及外包数量的确定作为计划决策,建立生产线总生产成本与产能及计划决策的关系模型,针对各生产周期总需求工时与基本产能比较后的三种情形,提出了正正、正正加、正正临正、正正临正加、正正加临正、正正加临正加等计划方案,并采用动态规划算法求解得到使计划期总生产成本最低的正式工人数、各生产周期最优子方案、临时工人数、加班总工时及外包数量等.最后,通过算例分析验证了上述模型及算法的有效性.
For the discrete Manual Operation System (MOS)in the small and medium production enterprises(SMPEs),the capacity of the line depends on the number of the workers, the quantity of each worker's skills and its levels. On the basis of future market demands forecasting over the planning period, the determination of the number of regular workers is viewed as the basic capacity decision and the decisions of quantities about the temporary workers, overtime and outsourcing of each production cycle are considered as the plan decision,the relation between the whole production cost and the decision of capacity and plan about the line is modeled. For the three cases that result from the comparison about the whole demanding time and the basic capacity, the plan schemes of ZZ, ZZJ, ZZLZ, ZZLZJ, ZZJLZ, ZZJLZJ are proposed, and the dynamic programming algorithm is used to obtain the optimal sub-scheme, the number of the temporary workers, the all overtime and outsourcing demands about each production line when the whole cost is the lowest. At last, the validity of the models and the algorithm is verified through the numerical analysis.
