Medical staff is under the pressure from many sources, like intense doctor-patient relationship, occupational responsibility, occupational development, economical pressure and so on. It has become an urgent affair to release occupational stress of medical staff, improve work satisfaction and medical service quality. In this article, setting medical occupational stress as an entry point, we discuss how to develop medical humanism education in the period of medical school, and aiming at making medical humanism education earli- er, more accessible and more effective for students, so they can acquire better humanistic quality and clinical skill in their career.
