实时数字仿真器RTDS(简称RTDS系统)用于大规模交直流并联电网的稳定分析和反事故措施研究时,还不能实现在线,即不能及时地跟踪实际电网的运行变化,且仿真的动态过程也不能直观地显示和操作。为使RTDS系统能接收能量管理系统(EMS)的在线潮流数据,跟踪电网运行变化,便于电网分析、运行人员研究,文中提出并实现了基于EMS潮流数据的RTDS系统在线仿真方法,并可图形化显示和操作。将来自EMS的潮流数据在RTDS系统仿真模型上进行状态估计,采用数字通信将估计结果刷新RTDS系统仿真的基态,使RTDS系统仿真基态数据接近于电网运行的实际状态。自主开发图形平台,并经数字通信,实现电网接线与RTDS系统仿真结果在同一界面上的动态显示和操作。该系统已在南方交直流电网大规模RTDS系统仿真平台上实施。

英文摘要:

The real-time digital simulation RTDS has some shortcomings in the application of the large-scale HVAC and HVDC complex power system, such as the invisibility and the offline characteristic. In order to improve the application of RTDS, a graphical online simulation system based on RTDS is discussed and designed. The online power flow data from the energy management system (EMS) is initiated on RTDS as the initial state for real time simulation by the state estimation program. As a result of state estimation, the initial power flow can be sent to flush the RTDS with a DNP communication protocol. The ground state data of the RTDS can thus be much closer to the actual power system. For the purpose of convenient application a graphics platform is developed and, via digital communication, the RTDS simulation regults can be dynamically displayed and operated with the power network wiring diagram on the same interface. This system has been deployed in China Southern grid.
