Corresponding author.Ning Huang was born in 1968. She is a professor in the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering in Beihang University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in 1997 from Beihang University. She was a visiting scholar in the University of Illinois UrbanaChampaign from 2007 to 2008. He is the chair professor in School of Reliability and Systems Engineering, Beihang University. He was a visiting professor of more than four universities.
