On the basis of literature review, from the perspective of job crafting, taking one scientific research institution as an example, we have investigated the job crafting of the scientific research institutions＇ intellectual property personnelas well as analyzed the impact of job crafting on job performance, job satisfaction and career satis- faction by questionnaire survey method. The research results show that job crafting has a significant impact on job performance, job satisfaction and career satisfaction through work engagement.
