服务型制造是在制造业与服务业不断融合的背景下产生的一种新型的先进制造模式。通过从产出和过程两个角度进行分析,本文提出这种制造模式能够打破波特理论中两种优势类型不可兼得的常态,建立了服务型制造双重竞争优势模型;借助江苏省200家制造企业数据和结构方程模型分析工具对该理论模型进行验证,实证结果表明:服务型制造模式的主要构成要素对企业绩效和顾客绩效分别具有正向的促进作用,此模式能够通过创造差异化优势获取溢价效应,同时这种溢价效应并非以高成本运营为代价,反而出现多类运营成本的降低。
Service-oriented manufacturing is a new advanced manufacturing mode, which emerges with the combination of manufacturing industry and service industry. Through theoretical analysis from the point of view of output and process, this paper brings forward the view that this type of manufacturing mode can break the normal phenomenon that Porter' s two types of competitive advantages can' t be ob- tained simultaneously, and constructs the dual competitive-advantage model of service-oriented manufacturing. It also analyzes the data from 200 manufacturers in Jiangsu province with the tool of structural equation model in the empirical study. The results of empirical study show that the key elements of service-oriented manufacturing mode have positive effect on enterprise performance and customer per- formance. It helps enterprises obtain differentiation advantage thus get premium effect, which is not based on high operational cost but ac- companied with low operational cost.
