介绍了RM型木橡胶减震器的建模方法、参数采集及形状仿真,总结了微米长细丝RM型木橡胶减振器的用材与数控加工技术,提出了以微米长细丝为材料替代人造橡胶制作而成的RM型木橡胶减振器,具有环保、绿色、与货物表面相容性好等优点,是利用可再生资源替代化石类资源的尝试;建立微米长细丝RM型木橡胶减振器规则锥台和底座构成的模型,具有利用模型参数驱动的通用性,可直接由模型方程输入模型外形相关尺寸参数,获得不同锥台和底座构成部件所需的加工尺寸,保证造型的美观,降低生产成本。通过VC++6.0对RM型木橡胶减振器造型进行仿真验证表明,所建立的模型具有良好的精确性、通用性和实用性,为RM型木橡胶减振器加工系统的开发提供理论依据。
The author introduces the modeling approach, parameter collection and the shape simulation for the RM-type wooden rubber shock absorber, summarizes the microns long filament RM-type wooden rubber shock ab- sorber' s material and the NC machining technology. The RM-type wooden rubber shock absorber is made by mi- crons long filaments instead of artificial rubber which has the advantages of environmental protection, wonderful compatibility with the object surface by trying to use renewable resources to replace fossil resource. The model of microns long filaments RM-type wooden rubber shock absorber' s has been established by regular shape cone and base, which has the universality by using of model parameters driven, while entering the parameters related to ap- pearance by model equation, we can acquire different processing size of the cone and the base, so that guarantee the good-looking appearance and low cost of production. According to the simulation for RM-type wooden rubber shock absorber model by VC + + 6. 0, the established model has good accuracy, generality and practicability, which pro- vides theoretical basis for the development of the RM-type of wood rubber shock absorber processing system.
