目的:检测HtrA2/Omi,X 染色体连锁凋亡抑制剂(X - linked inhibitor of apoptosis,XIAP )和半胱天冬酶- 3(Caspase-3)在寻常型银屑病(PV )中的表达.方法:应用免疫组化SA BC 法检测30 例PV 皮损与10 例正常人皮肤中HtrA2/Omi、XIAP 和Caspase-3 的表达,并分析HtrA2/Omi、XIAP 和C aspase- 3 表达之间的相关性.结果:PV 皮损中XIAP 和Caspase-3 阳性细胞数明显高于正常皮肤(P<0.01),HtrA2/Omi阳性细胞数与正常皮肤无明显差异(P>0.05).Caspase-3 阳性细胞数和XIAP 呈正相关趋势(P<0.05),与HtrA2/Omi表达无明显相关性(P>0.05).HtrA2/Omi和XIAP 的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论:XIAP 和Caspase-3 可能在PV 的发病中起重要作用.
Objective: To detect the expression of HtrA2/Omi, X - linked inhibitor of apoptosis (XIAP) and Caspase - 3 in psoriatic lesions. Methods: SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HtrA2/ Omi, XIAP and Caspase - 3 in the lesions of 30 patients with psoriasis vuigaris (PV) and 10 healthy volunteers. The correlation of HtrA2/Omi, XIAP and Caspase - 3 was analyzed. Results: Compared to normal skin, the expression of )GAP and Caspase - 3 were increased in PV lesions ( P 〈 0.01 ), but no difference was found between HtrA2/Omi and normal skin ( P 〉 0.05). In psoriatic lesion, the level of Caspase - 3 was positively correlated with )GAP ( P 〈 0.05), while there was no significant correlation between the level of Caspase - 3 and HtrA2/Omi ( P 〉 0.05), and between HtrA2/Omi and )GAP ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: )GAP and Caspase- 3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
