不同施肥处理对杉木种子园种子品质的影响

杉木种子园的高产、稳产及其种子品质对南方用材林的培育具有非常重要的作用。然而,杉木种子园种子产量波动较大,对林业生产经营产生了非常不利的影响。研究表明,通过精准施肥可以有效提高种子园产量和种子品质,但该类研究在第3代杉木种子园鲜有报道。为此,设置了18种平衡施肥处理,并以常规施肥作为对照,分析平衡施肥处理对种子发芽率和品质的影响。结果表明,经过平衡施肥处理后,杉木种子千粒重均显著高于对照( P〈0.01),其它指标如种子发芽率、种子的可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量均明显高于对照。由此可见,在林业生产实践中科学施肥,不仅可以有效地提高杉木种子的发芽率,也提升了种子的品质。

英文摘要:

High and stable yield, and seed quality of Chinese fir seed orchard have significant impacts on forest tree breeding in South China. However, seed yield fluctuation in Chinese fir seed orchard caused negative effects on forest management. Previous studies showed that seed yield and quality can be effectively improved by precise fertilization, but rare studies in the third generation of Chinese fir seed orchard were conducted. In this study, 18 balanced fertilization treatments including control treatment ( conventional fertilization) were conducted in Shaxian Guanzhuang State Forest Farm to investigate the effects of balanced fertilization on germination percentage and seed quality in Cunninghamia lanceolata seed orchard. Results showed that the 1 000-grain mass of Chinese fir seeds was significantly higher than that of the control after balanced fertilizer treatments (P〈0.01), while seed germination, soluble sugar, and protein contents were also significantly increased compared with the control. Our findings suggest that balanced fertilization is an effective method to improve the germination percentage and quality of C. lanceolata seeds in forest management.
