以问卷法对广州市637名中小学教师进行了调查研究,结果表明:中小学教师问题行为是4因素结构:教学理念、教学方法、教学态度、学生观.男教师比女教师在问题行为总分、教学理念、教学态度、学生观等方面得分更高;年龄越大的教师问题行为表现越多,46岁以上教师的问题行为最为严重;不同教龄教师在问题行为总分、教学理念、教学态度与教学方法上存在显著差异;中学教师教学态度得分显著高于小学教师;中低级职称教师的问题行为总分、教学方法、教学态度得分显著高于高级职称教师.
A questionnaire survey of 637 primary and secondary school teachers was conducted in Guangzhou the results indicated a four-element structure of the problem behavior of primary and secondary school teachers, namely, teaching philosophy, teaching methods, teaching attitude, view of the students. Male teachers scored higher than female teachers did in the total score of problem behavior, score of teaching philosophy, score of teaching attitude and score of view of the students. Older teachers showed more problem behavior than their younger peers did, with teachers over 46 years old demonstrating the most serious problem behavior. There were significant differences among teachers with different seniority in terms of total score of problem behaviors, score of teaching philosophy, score of teaching attitudes and score of teaching methods. Secondary school teachers' at- titude scores were significantly higher than those of primary school teachers. The teachers holding low-to-medi- um-level professional titles scored significantly higher than teachers with senior professional titles did in the total score of problem behavior, score of teaching methods and score of teaching attitude.
