为了提高沥青路面阻热能力,采用导热系数低的耐火碎石替换普通集料设计SMA-13沥青路面,从力学性能、路用性能和降温效果3个方面优化组成比例,确定耐火碎石的最佳掺量。研究结果表明:耐火碎石替换比例取60%时,沥青混合料满足力学性能和路用性能要求,热阻沥青混合料路用性能下降小于15%,吸热能力和热传导能力明显降低,降低温度近7℃;耐火碎石替换比例为0%、20%、40%、60%、80%时,降温幅度先增大后减小,替换比例为60%时降温幅度最大。
In order to improve the heat resistance capability of asphalt pavement,ordinary aggregate of the SMA-13 was replaced by refractory gravel with low thermal conductivity.The composition was optimized in aspects of mechanical characteristics,pavement performance and cooling effect,and optimum content of the refractory gravel was determined.Experimental results show that when the replacement ratio of refractory gravel is 60%,the mechanical characteristics and pavement performance of asphalt mixture satisfy the requirements;when refractory gravel content is 0,20%,40%,60% and 80% respectively,the temperature drop range increases at first and then diminishes,and reaches the maximum at 60%;with the optimized composition ratio of 60%,the pavement performance of heat resistant asphalt pavement decreases by less than 15%;heat absorption capacity and heat conduction ability are significantly lowered,with the temperature reduced by up to 7 ℃.
