采用电阻炉和高频感应炉对过共晶高铬铸铁试样加热至1400℃,重熔后水淬,研究重熔方式对过共晶高铬铸铁凝固组织中初生碳化物和共晶组织的影响。结果表明,与电阻炉重熔方式相比较,高频感应重熔试样中初生碳化物显著细化,等效直径由199滋m降低到74滋m,片层状的共晶碳化物变成粒状,共晶碳化物的网状分布程度减轻,基体的连续性增强。
Hypereutectic high chromium cast iron (HCCI) was heated to 1400~C by using resistance furnace and high frequency induction furnace, and it was water quenched after remelting. The effect of remelting method on primary carbides and eutectic microstructure of HCCI solidification structure was investigated in the paper. The results show that compared with the resistance furnace remelting, primary carbides of high frequency induction remelting sample refine significantly, and the equivalent diameter reduces from 199 μm to 74 μm. The lamellar eutectic carbides turn to granuious carbides, the reticular distribution degree of eutectic carbides reduces and the continuity of the matrix increases.
