通过选取1990-2010年湖南省经济增长和雾霾污染数据,建立VAR模型,运用脉冲响应函数和方差分解,对经济增长与和雾霾污染的相互影响和动态关联进行了研究。结果表明湖南经济增长导致工业二氧化硫排放量的增加,而工业粉尘、烟尘排放量相对减少。湖南省经济增长对雾霾污染方差贡献率大,而雾霾污染对经济增长方差的贡献度相对较小。因此,湖南省应该首先加强对工业二氧化硫的治理,然后促进产业升级。
The paper takes Hunan province as an example, selects annual data of economic growth of Hunan province and haze pollution from 1990 to 2010, and establishes the VAR model with the impulse response function and variance decomposition to study the mutual effects and dynamic relationship between economic growth and haze pollution. The results show that the economic growth in Hunan results in the increase of industrial sulfur dioxide emission, while the industrial dust emission and industrial soot emission is reduced. The variance contribution rate of Economic growth in Hunan Province on the haze pollution is large while the variance contribution rate of the haze pollution on economic growth is relatively small. Therefore, Hunan province should first strengthen the management to the industrial sulfur dioxide emission and promote the industrial upgrading.
