针对科技和社会发展对创新型人才的需求,依托于国家级科研课题,在光学工程与高分子材料、信息与通信工程和生物医学工程等多学科交叉的科研过程中进行了研究生创新能力培养的探索与实践。结果表明多学科交叉研究生培养在拓展专业知识、培养实践能力、激发创新思维等方面起到重要的作用。对完善多学科交叉研究生培养体系建设给出了建议。
To meet the requirement of science, technology and society development for innovative elites, the innovative ability cultivation for postgraduates through the interdisciplinary research of na- tional projects are explored and practiced, which is based on the crossing between optical engineering and multi-disciplines including polymer material, information and communication engineering, and bi- omedical engineering. The results show that it has the important role of expanding the professional knowledge, cultivating the practice ability, and inspiring the innovative thinking. The suggestions for promoting the postgraduate cultivation system based on multi-disciplinary crossing are given.
