工程中采用冲压开孔的方法在结构上产生开孔时可在孔边形成一定高度的翻边。考虑两种不同的翻边开孔形状:圆孔和类似跑道形状的孔,利用ANSYS软件数值分析不同开孔尺寸、开孔数量及翻边高度参数对两端固支薄壁方管前两阶固有频率的影响。研究发现不同的翻边开孔参数对薄壁方管的固有频率影响较大,研究结果可为薄壁结构翻边开孔设计提供一定参考。
The punch-piercing adopted in engineering can make openings with flange of a certain height. Taking two shapes of flanged openings which are round and runway-shaped into consideration, this paper has analyzed the influence of the sizes, numbers and flange height of openings on the first two-moment natural frequencies of doubly clamped thin-walled square tube by means of ANSYS. Research shows that different parameters of flanged openings have great influence on the natural frequencies of thin-walled square tube, which may offer some reference for the design of flanged openings in thin-walled structure.
