随着人们对感染性肺损伤的深入研究发现,病原微生物感染机体时,当机体免疫系统针对入侵细菌、病毒感染产生的反应过于激烈,过多的细胞因子、活化的中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞聚集至肺组织,会导致肺组织的正常功能紊乱,诱发肺部炎症甚至造成致命的损害,这也是多种病原致病机制的关键。猪传染性胸膜肺炎是一种高度接触传染性、致死性呼吸道传染病,可引起典型的炎性肺损伤,文中将从猪传染性胸膜肺炎的流行现状、肺炎形成与炎症因子、中性粒细胞和肺巨噬细胞的关系进行综述,这将有助于认识肺炎发生的免疫学致病机制。
Current in-depth study of infectious lung injury found that pathogenic microorganism infection induces excessive activation of host immune system,resulting in synthesis of excessive cytokines and accumulation of activated neutrophils and macrophages in lung,which further causes dysfunction of normal lung tissue,induces inflammation and even causes fatal lung damage,and this process is the shared key pathogenic mechanism among a variety of pathogens. Pleuropneumoniae is a highly contagious,fatal respiratory infectious disease,which can cause typical inflammatory lung injury. This article reviews the epidemic status of pleuropneumoniae and the interactions between pneumonia formation and inflammatory cytokines,neutrophils,and lung macrophages,which will definitely help us to understand the immunological pathogenesis of pneumonia.
