采用不同掺合料与骨料配制氯氧镁水泥基材料,分别在干燥和潮湿环境下,对氯氧镁水泥基材料的干燥收缩和潮湿膨胀变形进行实验研究与变形机理分析.结果表明,在干燥状态下,氯氧镁水泥净浆42d的收缩率达到1400×10^-6,单掺稻壳粉后收缩率明显提高,单掺粉煤灰后收缩率提高不多,单掺砂和复掺硅灰及粉煤灰后收缩率明显降低;在潮湿状态下,氯氧镁水泥净浆42d的膨胀率为6898×10^-6,单掺稻壳粉水泥的膨胀率比氯氧镁水泥净浆略有提高,单掺粉煤灰、砂和复掺硅灰及粉煤灰的水泥膨胀率均明显降低.
The shortage of volume stability resists a wide range of applications of magnesium based materials (MOCM). Many admixtures were adopted to manufacture the MOCM. The oxychloride cementdrying shrinkage and swelling expansion of the MOCM in dry and wet conditions were investigated separately. The X-ray analysis, SEM and EDAX were applied to research the mechanism of deformation. The results show that the drying shrinkage of magnesium oxychloride cement paste at 42 d was 1 400 × 10^-6under drying conditions. When the powder of rice husk was added into the magnesium oxychloride cement, the drying shrinkage of the magnesium oxychloride cement increased significantly; and when the fly ash was incorporated, the drying shrinkage increased just a little; however, when the sand, or the mixture of silica fume and fly ash was mixed into magnesium oxychloride cement, the drying shrinkage reduced greatly. The hygroexpansivity of the magnesium oxychloride cement on 42 d reached 6 898 ×10^ -6 under wet conditions. Due to the rice husk added, the hygroexpansivity of the MOCM increased just a little, and when the fly ash, the sand, the mixture of silica fume and fly ash was mixed into the magnesium oxychloride cement, the hygroexpansivity of MOCM significantlydecreased
