为实现复杂机械产品的模块化设计,提出了一种以产品重要零件为核心的模块划分方法。首先,引入图论概念,构建机械产品各零件间的结构关系与功能关系图;然后采用“节点删除”测度算法寻找关系图中的关键节点,结合产品设计先验知识确定产品的重要零件;最后以重要零件为核心,根据一般零件与重要零件间的结构与功能关系确定其从属性,形成产品模块划分方案。并结合非开挖水平钻机动力头装置模块划分的应用实例,验证了该方法的有效性。
To realize the modular design of complex mechanical products, a new module partition method was proposed based on the product important parts. Firstly, the concept of Graph theory is introduced to construct the structure diagram and function diagram among the various parts of machinery products. Secondly, the node-deletion measure algorithm is adopted to search for the key nodes in the diagram and the key parts of the products are ascertained by combining with prior knowledge of product design. Finally, regarding key parts as the core according to the structure and function relationships among the parts, the subordination of general and key parts are confirmed to form the module partition scheme. The effectiveness of this module partition method is verified by the example of the power head of horizontal directional drilling.
