At Present, social transformation period is considered when we construct college counselors＇ vocational competency mode in China. According to the orientation of policies, universities＇ development requirements, the challenges college students face and the development requirements of college counselors in social transformation period, we can explore the college counselors＇ vocational competency mode in social transformation period by analyzing the influence of social transformation period on college Counselors＇ vocational development.
